Merge some commits, which make this tool more useable, especially for parsing html.

now accepts more tags, which improve parsing. outputs are actually useable by a webserver now.

implement configuration loading with json parser, implement some new argument for it. 1afc450711 
ship with example json configuration file.

add: method to add doctype/html/head/body to document.

see examples in todo! with progamm usage
